Sometimes, before you can even begin thinking about the future, you just need a safe place to sit down, take a moment, and talk through what’s happening.
At Options Pregnancy Center, that’s exactly the kind of place we want to be.

Start With Information, Not Pressure
When you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy, it can feel like you need to make every decision immediately.
But you can begin by simply getting answers.
One of the first steps is confirming your pregnancy and understanding what information you may need moving forward.
At Options Pregnancy Center, we offer free, confidential pregnancy testing and an opportunity to talk with our team about your questions and concerns.
At our Ava location, we also offer limited ultrasound services for eligible clients. Depending on the circumstances and how far along you are, an ultrasound may help provide important information about the pregnancy, including its location and estimated gestational age.
Our Gainesville office does not currently have an ultrasound machine, but expanding access to ultrasound services there is one of our hopes for the future.
Whether you’re visiting us in Ava or Gainesville, our goal is to help you understand the services available and connect you with appropriate next steps.

Understanding Your Pregnancy Options
Every pregnancy comes with its own circumstances, concerns, and questions.
Some women are wondering whether they’re ready to parent. Others may be considering adoption or have questions about abortion.
We understand that these conversations can be deeply personal.
At Options, we provide information about pregnancy options, including parenting, adoption, and abortion, so you can better understand what each involves.
We also want you to know about the support and practical resources available if you’re considering parenting.
Our mission is rooted in our Christian faith and our belief in the value of every human life. While we do not provide or refer for abortions, our commitment to treating every woman with dignity and compassion does not change based on her circumstances or decisions.
We may not support every option, but we will always support YOU.
No matter your story, you deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
Pregnancy Support Is Only the Beginning
One thing we wish more people knew about Options is that our support extends beyond pregnancy testing and ultrasounds.
We know that questions don’t stop after a positive pregnancy test.
Sometimes, that’s when a whole new set of questions begins.
How do I prepare for a baby? What if I don’t know how to be a parent? How will I afford everything? Where can I find support?
That’s why Options provides educational opportunities and practical resources for moms, dads, and families.
Through our programs, parents can learn about:
- Pregnancy, nutrition, and development
- Labor, delivery, and newborn care
- Parenting through the first year and toddler stages
- Healthy relationships and communication
- Life skills and everyday responsibilities
- Fatherhood and the important role dads play in their families
We also provide one-on-one mentoring and material support to help eligible families access practical baby essentials.
Because we believe supporting life also means coming alongside the people responsible for caring for that life.
Our desire is to help families feel informed, encouraged, and equipped—not just for today, but for the seasons ahead.
